Route 66 - Arizona

Route 66 Arizona, USA – 2014. We were in Las Vegas for a couple of weeks in January 2014 and decided to take a road trip into Arizona to visit the Grand Canyon. For the Arizona portion of the drive we took the historic Route 66 to get to Williams AZ rather than I40. We left I40 at Topock AZ which is just east of Needles CA. The most interesting part of the drive was between Topock and Kingman. The stretch between Kingman and Williams was much less interesting other than Seligman which was a nice spot to stretch the legs and get some fresh air.
